Ken Coffman is a multi-published author of mystery, thriller, and action and adventure novels filled with larger-than-life characters, unreliable narrators, and a quirky sense of humor. He has also written a non-fiction book and a technical engineering book.

A native of Medford, Oregon, Ken has been a berry picker, cat food factory worker, dish washer, Air Force Sergeant, rock-n-roll bass player, concert promoter, author, publisher, electrical engineer and engineering manager. In tribute to a life-long love of the written word, he’s also the owner of Stairway Press, a small publisher specializing in books that appeal to an intelligent audience and providing opportunity to authors who might otherwise be overlooked in the world of the written word. Ken also publishes non-fiction engineering books under his Faraday Press imprint.

Ken has two grown children and lives in Arizona with his wife, an award-winning artist he calls “the futile voice of reason.”
